n this first painting of the Bright Darkness series, the artist wanted to portray a ghost like feline that speaks immortality to the viewer; a creature that spends its timeless existence in fearless observance and admiration of its surroundings, and the dreamlike world it inhabits.  The feline is indeed blind, unable to see, it comfortably and confidently feels the presence of forthcoming life.
